Meet Polly Rose
I’m a Salon Leader who leads from the heart and with a big smile!
I was thrown into Salon Leadership at the age of 20. I had to learn on the job and probably made all the mistakes you could make, but I was blessed with a caring nature and I soon learnt that a kind leader nurtures much better results. Being kind does not make you weak, on the contrary, it takes a strong person to lead with kindness.
In my experience, it is an absolute given that a good leader with a great team are crucial and at the heart of a successful business. If this is in place, all the other elements will follow.
I will show you how to create a happy and loyal team who will offer impeccable service whether you are there or not.
It takes a strong and thoughtful person to lead in this way. Instead of trying to ‘get’ the best from our employees, we inspire employees to ‘give’ their best.

Whatever you’re struggling with, I will have been there at some point during the last 30+ years. I have made mistakes, I’ve had some of the worst days and I still experience self doubt, just like anyone else.
My promise to you is to bring you the very best of what I’ve learnt. I will be honest and I will keep it real, as I know what works and what doesn’t.
The role of a leader will never be finished, it will constantly evolve. It is not a destination but a journey. We will consider how you can advance your leadership style and become the very best you can be.
I don’t pretend to be a highly qualified coach, but I have timeless wisdom. I can show you how to be a great leader and I have a dogged determination to help you build a successful salon, live your happiest life and prove to you that leading with human kindness, truth, authenticity and respect gets the best results.
